We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too.  The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Responsible for managing the Reverse Logistics and Co-located Stock functions within the Stock Logistics team.
• Ensuring team adherence to processes whilst driving high performance.
• Be the first point of escalation for end customer, contracts, depots and suppliers.
• Manage depot process adherence with effective communication and escalation with a view to reducing wastage costs to Tradeteam.

• Knowledge of Reverse Logistics Processes.
• Knowledge of Co-located stock apportionment methodology & working practices.
• Strong problem resolution skills with the ability to escalate to a senior level where required.
• Management experience.
