Grade/Salary: £36,000 - £56,000 
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

The Senior IM Expert is responsible for Application Design, Change & Release Management, Documentation, Project Management, Data Modeling, Back-end System Build & Deploy and Front-end Development. He/she supports the IM Service Delivery with advanced trainings as well as Business Requirements Analysis. He/she is also responsible for Hosting Services tasks in Service Delivery, Cooperates with the IM Program Manager and interacts with all functions of SC e.g. Business Development, Finance, HR, IT, Marketing, Sales, Operations, Real Estate etc. 

The key responsibilities in this role include;

• Design applications components in accordance to the solution design and business requirements
• Manage release of new functionality in accordance with the product roadmap and maintenance plan
• Develop applications to meet requirements, using best practice and policies or information delivery
• Develop reporting solutions

• University or equivalent
• Intercultural management skills
• Extensive experience with a BI environment
• Familiar with the following products: Oracle, OBIEE, Power BI, Essbase, Executive Viewer, Outperform, Shell Scripting, Java Programming
