As an IT Manager, you will be accountable for providing IT services to the Primark site supporting the business needs of today and the future. You will be the business partner for the operational site and customer liaison for all IT services impacting the site. 

You will be responsible for the successful delivery for IT solutions, this will include the coordination of central IT functions and leadership of local IT resources. This role comes with budgetary responsibility, ownership of site IT roadmaps, change management and incident coordination. A key component of the role will be to play an active role in IT project delivery for the site, act as a site IT subject matter expert (SME), providing end user services to enable the effective use of IT and generating an environment of continuous improvement.  Where applicable the role may also have responsibility for local IT vendor supply management.

The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • IT Service Management - delivery and maintenance of ITSM processes in operations and to manage service performance to defined standards and SLAs.
  • IT Implementation - support or own solution design and delivery of IT solutions, services and processes within area of responsibility.
  • Support the Global Primark innovation agenda
  • IT Business Development - support business development activity for all new opportunities or accounts and renewals within area of responsibility.
  • External Customer Relationships - manage and support communication with external customers as appropriate to support business development and existing operations
