Demonstration Driver
DHL Inside Track
Various Locations: Thorne, Alconbury and Milton Keynes

As one of our Demonstration Drivers, you will be responsible for moving vehicles to and from customers in an efficient and professional manner. You will be expected to conduct a professional hand-over on delivery whilst providing excellent customer service and ensuring you record all information as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Represent Inside Track and Inside Track's clients in a professional manner to customers at all times
Hand-over vehicles at delivery, recording all information as required
Inspect vehicles prior to leaving site and with customer on handover/collection
Provide product knowledge to customers at handover and give assistance as required by the customer
Ensure most efficient and cost effective travel methods always used between jobs
Comply with appropriate working time legislation
May occasionally be asked to work with clients' VIP customers as required
May occasionally be required to cover long distance routes, including overnight stays
Maintain regular contact with Logistics team when experiencing issues

Key skills and experience in this role will include:
3 years driving experience
Good geographical knowledge
Ability to follow work procedures and safety rules
Good Interpersonal skills
Smart Appearance
Flexible with the ability to adapt to change at short notice
Knowledge of relevant Road Traffic Acts
Ability to use / complete paperwork as required
Ability to effectively plan own work
Good customer service skills
