Position: Warehouse Team Leader
Location: Thetford, Norfolk
Customer:  HMP Wayland
Salary: £19,984.00
Shift: Monday to Friday - 08:00-16:45. You may be required to work weekends if needed.
ContractType: Permanent (Full-Time)
Closingdate: 7th June 2020

PLEASE NOTE: You will be required to under-go an enhanced DBS check and a 5 year housing and work background check if you are to be successful for this position.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too.  The key responsibilities in this role include;

  •  To ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded
  •  Be able to work in a prison environment
  •  To reconcile stock levels within the Warehouse against delivery and pick of each item
  •  To look at projects / initiatives for continuous improvement
  •  Managing a group of  Prisoners in a work environment

  •  Previous experience required within a Supply Chain/Warehouse Environment
  •  Previous Warehouse management experience
  •  A good understanding of operational processes
  •  Able to communicate at all levels
  •  Prior experience managing a team
  •  Able to work in a demanding environment
