We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too.  The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Be the main Finance and Commercial person for all matters concerning multiple contracts
• Challenge & maximise EBIT & EAC performance of existing business, engaging with the management teams to deliver and monitor improvement plans
• Co-ordination and collation of the trading results for the contracts including forecasting. Period end reporting and ensuring the Forecast / Quicks to Actual results are fully explainable
• Responsible for the delivery of accurate, complete and timely DHL periodic trading results

• Experience of financial management of large or global accounts
• 4PL management / In depth knowledge of Pan-European supply chains
• Ability to manage and interface face to face with all levels of the customer management structure.
• Continually driving towards set financial targets and focusing the existing account and operational teams on their communal targets. Expertise in both financial and  commercial principles set out within DHL.
