Service Management Manager
In this role, you need to manage the overall country infrastructure (network, servers, mobility and client ends) to support country business objectives in line with global and regional standards. This include effective maintenance and replacements of End-of-life/End-of-support devices as well as building additional capability to support business growth.
‧Lead the helpdesk team to develop the infrastructure, computer network, technical support and telecommunications for the country.
‧Rationalize the deployment of servers (Windows server, desktop, laptop) in order to provide high service levels at an appropriate cost
‧Plan and oversee all hardware, software and service purchases in line with budget; identify and evaluate network services, network hardware and software tools available in the local marketplace within the context of relevant Asia Pacific Information Services’ policies and procedures.
‧Plan the provision for security, availability, resilience and performance, set performance targets and goals for Technical Services in alignment with national plans and budgets
‧Ensure documentation of all networks, the administration of all databases countrywide and license of personal computer software .
‧Manage the helpdesk team and drive high performance culture.
