Role Purpose :

•Lead the country's sales, GMNC and marketing function so as to drive profitable growth of sales channels:  Across multinational customers, relationships, national, telesales and retail channels.

• Provide strategy, direction, and tools to achieve country's sales targets. 

Key Accountabilities :

• Formulate new products, processes, standards and operational plans by implementation of the divisional sales and marketing strategy within DPDHL guidelines

• Establish sales and marketing processes within overall DPDHL guidelines

• Drive customer retention and aquisition of new customers, business growth and profitability

• Identify and understand market trends and customer requirements and supports translation of products into solutions to meet their needs

• Communicate market leadership position and vision/strategy aspiration to customers and internal stakeholders

• Support regional key customers and drive collaboration and cross selling activities

• Analyze complex issues and modifies sales and marketing processes and policies 

• Reinforce tender management and aligns sales organizations on a regional level 

• Accountable for marketing activities and ensure delivery of marketing fundamentals

• Conduct regular visits to review service performance with the customer

• Maintain high level executive relationship with industry groups and associations and customer accounts

• Undertake responsibility for resolving customer issues, ensuring the customer account manager has a clear understanding of the customer’s expectations and requirements

• Facilitate the provision of customer oriented service through the appropriate account manager and other support teams

• Oversee sales performance management reporting
