The HR community

You will lead a team of 4 direct reports at the Taipei headquarter Center of Excellence and 7 dotted-line HR/admin forcals island-wide who deal with frontline employee relationship. You will report directly to the APAC CHRO and work with a highly engaged and energized APAC HR team.

Responsibilities

Main responsibilities

  • Lead the HR team to deploy HR strategies in line with the company's business objectives and regional/global priorities.
  • Ensure HR deliverables in all tangible aspects (labor law/policy compliance, employee engagement, certified learning program deployment, recruitment/resourcing efficiency, HR budget control, talent pipeline/management, etc.
  • Overall responsible for managing and servicing the human capital of 800+ employees islandwide spread over 14 locations
  • Uphold DSC TW certified as “Great Place to Work”

Requirements

Required Competencies/Qualifications

  • More than 8 years of full function HR experience (Senior HRBP role)
  • More than 5 years of HR leader experience
  • Logistics/distribution/retail industry experience will be a plus
  • Strong project management skills
  • Solid stake holder management skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • English proficiency
