Position: Data Analyst (Launch Planning)
Location: Solihull
Salary: £25,000- £28,000
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

For the role of Data Analyst you will be responsible for ensuring that you facilitate and co-ordinate all launch programme activities across the operation to ensure successful launch programme implementation and delivery. Timely & accurate communication between stakeholders

Key Responsibilities in this role will include;

Prepare accurate and objective programme status reports in support of launch management requirements
Working closely with the NSC markets and manufacturing plants
Build and maintain close collaborative relationship with carriers - to ensure timely delivery to markets within SLA's by market
Delivery of programmes are required to be on time, at agreed costs with no concerns raised
To monitor progress and budgets of launch activities to ensure any deviation from agreed plans, be they operational or financial are highlighted
To monitor and co-ordinate multi-site activities and key dependencies to ensure successful achievement of plans 
To liaise and support contract functional teams to create a "one team" approach to the achievement of action plans; identification of key concerns and to assist with resolution of non-compliance with agreed plans.
Ensure compliance with achievement of Launch Metrics KPI's
Identify subject matter best practice and transfer knowledge across the business
Prepare accurate and objective programme status reports in support of launch management requirements

Key skills and experience in this role will include:

Experience within Automotive / LLP operations in Supply Chain division and multi modal transport operations (Road, Air & Sea)
Experience within new product introduction with a flair for working effectively in both multifunctional teams and individually
Excellent level of computer literacy, with knowledge of, Access, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
Stakeholder management, excellent influencing and communication skills. Resilient, decisive, able to learn existing applications quickly - process oriented
A good communicator, both face to face and in writing, you’ll have a logical and thorough approach with the ability to work at a both a strategic and detailed level.
Familiarity with finished world-wide vehicle delivery practices and procedures  
Experience in manipulating large datasets advantageous
