Contract Duration:  6 Months

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Work closely with FLM's to ensure we train our Operatives to be the safest, most efficient and customer focused
  • Regularly monitor Operatives with coaching to improve standards
  • Support the assessment/recruitment process
  • Working towards reducing risks, undergo ongoing assessments to evaluate training their techniques/behaviours used to train

  • Previous experience of Training - RTTIB ESSENTIAL
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to coach and train
  • Ability to facilitate and conduct daily training as and when required
