Senior Manager, Client Support Services

  • Provide leadership to a team of Manager/Assistance Managers/Analysts supporting the clients' Regional Service Logistics programs
  • Manage Network customer, serve as a single point of contact in managing the relationship, logistics service performance and issue escalation management
  • Collaborate with client and internal stake holders to refine and to develop the business and system related processes to drive value and sustainability of the solution offerings
  • Offer data-driven analytic reporting solution for near real-time performance visibility/analysis and improve reporting productivity
  • Proactively work on risk mitigation plan to address potential thread, offer recommendations for issue resolution & process improvements, and identify growth opportunities to support growth agenda
  • Facilitate alignment between customer’s and DHL’s strategic plans and enhances partnership. Work with respective Managers to ensure execution of Account Plans
  • Support profitability management, shorten DSO and shape the overall program toward proactive Management.
  • Generate new business leads to support growth


  • Minimum 10 years Supply Chain, Express Logistics, or Distribution experience
  • Minimum 5 years Customer Relationship Management background
  • Solid understanding of the principles of supply chain management
  • Well-developed people management skills; ability to lead and inspire teams to accomplish objectives
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; both short-term/tactical and long-term/strategic
  • Well-structured, change oriented and results focused
  • Internationally orientated executive.
  • Preferably with operational experience and/or data-driven analytic reporting experience
  • Preferably experience in Service Logistics environment
