Project Manager, Service Management (RCS L)
Escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with the hosting services delivered by ITS
Support to deploy technical program in country
Ensure yearly server and datacenter EOL equipment refresh and assist in planning for budgeting
Perform day to day AD account and server administration such as backup, AD accounts creation/clean up
To manage the server and data center equipment (UPS, AIRCON, Env Monitoring Alert System) infrastructure, technical support for the area.
To manage software license inventories and compliance apart from assets inventory management like servers, PCs, projectors, scanners, printers.
Assist in authoring BCA for projects
To ensure the right sizing for maintenance contracts review
Provide coordination between ITS and vendors
Ensure IT services meet SLA target provided by vendor thru regular service review
Set the standards for backup and disaster recovery architecture
Abilities to run and manage large scale infrastructure related projects for both internal and external initiatives and ensure projective timeline are met within project budget
To double hat for IT security role to provide the management and support for any IT security compliance projects and audit.
To share network work change request responsibilities with Telecom Infrastructure Manager.
Minimum 3 years in IT security management and five years of experience in handling large scale infrastructure related projects an advantage
Degree in Information Services (or equivalent) preferred
IT project and vendor management experience
Technical expertise in Database management system, server clustering, active directory, network technology
