Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Certified L&D support to country Certified L&D Leads:
• Support administrative tasks to address immediate L&D topics e.g. course bookings, training records, queries
• Understand and work to key L&D processes, methods and tools including metrics, standards and policies
• Administer myTW (LMS & GTS) processes, Certified APPS and CSCM + Facilitator Portal, PowerBI reporting tool
• Provide monthly regional reporting and analysis of Certified L&D activity, session feedback and
• Develop and support standardized module audit tools and rollout
• Support regular communications to the business on Certified L&D topics to build awareness of available courses in line with career competencies 
• Deliver Facilitator Training and support ongoing facilitator development
• Contribute to course design and delivery as needed by the business in line with strategic priorities and based on learning needs analysis

Requirements

• Must be an excellent communicator (written and spoken), ideally with some experience in facilitation of learning programs
• Regularly provides colleagues and business partners with regular feedback
• Conveys clear sense of personal goals and achievement, actively seeking feedback to improve own performance
• Must be able to review data and highlight insights and recommendations for action
• Able to establish clear objectives with tangible deliverables and deliver accordingly
• Must be proactive and able to juggle multiple competing demands
• Understanding of adult learning and development techniques
• Champions continuous improvement and innovation
