Within sales enablement in marketing

  • To ensure that APAC bid documents and associated materials are best global practice, innovative and setting new standards for the business
  • To collaborate with marketing and sales teams to deliver a 360-degree customer centric bid experience aligned with DHL values and requirements
  • To project manage the bid process from inception to bid de-brief
  • To work closely with Regional teams, cross-BUs, cross-countries to enhance our value proposition to the customer

Responsibilities
  • To oversee all aspects of proposal preparation, from inception to post bid
  • To establish best practice in RFQ development and submission in APAC and globally
  • To explore innovative or new ways of responding to key tenders regionally to deliver compelling bids
  • To drive continuous improvement of bid process, capabilities, tools and other supporting systems
  • To liaise with a wide variety of involved parties (global, regional, country) to cover all required information to complete proposals and ensure delivery on time and quality
  • To work closely with marketing teams on developing marketing collaterals, key content messaging and customer experience aligned on brand, policy and strategy

Requirements
  • To have good knowledge of Microsoft word , PowerPoint, Adobe Creative Suite and other data submission format
  • Excellent communicator and good persuasive skills
  • Ability to manage multi-workstreams
  • Strong organizational and project management experience
