Key Accountabilities:
Cusomter
-External
 New Customers
  •  Liaise with DSC customers to understand customers’ supply chain requirements
  •  Provide analysis and design support in the pursuit of new business
  •  RFQ responding
  •  Participate customers’ meeting to express and explain solutions designed by project
  •  Facilitate customer’s product flow by identifying most suitable and efficient business model
Existing Customers
  •  Provide re-engineering capabilities to meet customers’ requirement for operation optimization
  •  Provide solution review and adjustment to help contract renew and customer retain
-Internal
Country BD Teams
  •   Participate in RFQ response stage to deliver on-time solution proposal and  costing/budget
  •  Assist BDMs to prepare appropriate presentation materials on solution design part
  •  Set up and maintain related solution databases
Other Function within Country
  •  Support Project Managers at implementation stage
  •  Provide solution supporting on internal projects when it is required
  •  Build up regular communication platform with IT/Procurement/Security department for information sharing and integrated solution
Process
-Solution Design Proposal
  •  Identify scope of work from RFQ
  •  Simulate relevant operation process to fulfil project requirement
  •  Define key assumptions if critical data is not sufficient
  •  Analyze data and information on-hand, close data gap by logic assumptions
  •  Ensure solution developed is suitable for customer’s requirement
  •   Develop facility layout to catch space requirement for the operation
  •  Simulate total required FTEs in terms of pre-determined operation process
  •  Cooperate with IT/Procurement/Security department for appropriate solution and costing
  •  Build up comprehensive cost model to simulate total project budget
  •  Prepare presentation materials for BD on solution design part
-BCA Preparation
  •  Review cost model with Finance department
  •  Ensure that cost model is fully and accurately interpreted
  •  Identify selling rate and revenue in finance model to BD and implementation team
  •  Correct BCA accordingly if original assumptions and work scope change
-Implementation Team Member
  •   Participate project kick-off meeting to follow on solution design issues during implementation period
  •   Ensure to deliver and explain overall solution and costing items precisely to project team
  •   Enable to facilitate communication channel within project team regarding to solutions arguments
  •   Enable to adjust project solution and costing budget in accordance with actual situation/condition
-Internal database development and maintenance
  •  Prepare and relevant database
  •   Collect and justify information to key in
  •   Hold ownership for assigned database
  •  Keep and maintain database in timely basis
  •  Hold regular internal sharing workshop
