Location: Wellingborough
Salary: £20,000 Plus Benefits
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too.  The key responsibilities in this role include;

• You'll support the operation and the Compliance Manager through the delivery of accurate and timely information with all matters relating to our fleet of vehicles and their overall document administration
• You'll support the Compliance Manager to ensure that the account is compliant with H&S, ensuring and promoting the best H&S Standards through accurate record keeping and filing of safe & sound checklists, safety conversations and the Gemba problem solving processes
• You'll ensure support is provided to the transport operation through preparation of fleet paperwork as required including maintenance and MOT documentation
• You'll work to support the operational teams with regards to DHL Training & License Checking - administration and updating of records as required

• Previous experience in a transport operation and compliance led roles would be advantageous
• Demonstrate the ability to work as part of a team
• Good communication skills coupled with a good working knowledge of MS Office including Word, PowerPoint & Excel applications
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
