Overall Role Purpose

Lead and manage the BKKHUB IT programs management function to effectively implement IT applications programmes and projects that deliver improvement in service quality and cost performance. Lead and manage the Hub Information Systems support and technical infrastructure to ensure the Hub operations and IT services are running smoothly.

Accountabilities

  • Provide best in class express service to customers to meet their business needs and meet the network standards

  • Provide technical expertise and solution to issues pertaining to capability, resource planning and service quality

  • Provides resources, solutions and contribute towards the successful implementation of regional imperatives and programs 

  • Analyse and report user problems for the Hub

  • Assist on Hub’s annual budgeting and operational planning processes

  • Advise and provide input on the sourcing of Hub IT equipment, services and systems in line with DHL standards

  • Support in regional User Acceptance Testing of new software applications and versions

  • Provide required reports on operation performance to management with accuracy and timeliness, including just-in-time management information for decision-making

  • Lead in the deployment and support of GIS's core and the Hub's local applications

  • Implementation of IT customs interfaces

  • Ensure the availability, reliability and performance of all computer equipment to support 24 hours 7 days a week operations with effective testing




Qualifications;

    • Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Computer, Computer Science or related field

    • 7 years experienced in IT, 3 years IT management role

    • Experienced in IT Application implementing and IT technical infrastructure.

    • Project/Program Management skills

    • Analytical problem solving skills, high-level reasoning, listening and decision-making skills, negotiation skills

    • ‘Can do’ attitude with a well –balanced sense of perspective

    • Leadership and Team management skill

    • Good co-operation and Communication skill

    • Good command of English (Spoken and written)
