SUMMARY
Our Infrastructure Operation team is looking for a new team member!
You will be Technical Expert for 1st & 2nd level Application Support for large Enterprise Desktop Deployment Technologies and Services. You will be the driver for complex technical solutions on improving system compliance and its automation.  Additionally, you will effectively manage maximum availability and minimize disruption to the Global Personal Workspace services and ensure that all agreed targets; SLA's and Metrics are met.
Our goal is to ensure that the organization has the right knowledge and capabilities to deliver 1st and 2nd level support for infrastructure, keeping the infrastructure up and running 24x7x365

WHAT YOU WILL DO:
  -  Managing the end user computer infrastructure for Application Deployment and Patch Management Solutions
  -  Support Incident, Problem and Change Management process
  -  Maintain and Monitor Altiris & Microsoft Endpoint Manager infrastructure
  -  Support Calls for critical incident handling
  -  On-call support - rotational basis (24x7, also during the weekend and public holidays)

APPLICATION YOU WILL USE:
  -  Altiris
  -  Microsoft Endpoint Manager
  -  Global Service Now
  -  MS SQL

WHAT YOU SHOULD HAVE:
  -  Desktop Support experience in a Windows-based environment
  -  Understanding of enterprise Deployment Tools (Altiris/ Microsoft Endpoint    Manager)
  -  Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 operating system
  -  Knowledge of Scripting (PowerShell\VB\CMD)
  -  Ability to document technical processes and procedures in a clear and understandable fashion, confidence with trouble-shooting, problem-solving
  -  Experience with Incident and Problem ticket analysis and trend analysis
  -  ITIL Foundation / Certification knowledge
  -  Ability to clearly communicate both spoken and written
