Senior Consultant provides structured analysis of customer requirements and uses this knowledge to provide a well-defined perspective within a project/work package (new services, deployments, service take-on) which meet the needs of the customer (regional or global). This includes the analysis of functional, technical and business requirements which may contribute to the successful design and build and implementation of solutions, supporting business cases and other related documentation such as business or system requirements documents. Analyzes business processes, identifies alternative solutions, assess feasibility and recommends new approaches. Maintains effective relationship with the customers, understand their priorities and requirements and acts as trustworthy advisor to business partners. Senior Consultant is expected to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal guidance.

  •  Strong analytical and consulting skills
  •  Strong technical background preferably with IT degree or equivalent work experience in IT area 
  •  Very good problem-solving skills
  •  The ability to work fully independently and under pressure
  •  Capable of meeting high standards
  •  Effective time management skills to meet deadlines
  •  Experience with hosting infrastructure, operating systems and databases
  •  Experience in project management
  •  Customer service orientation
  •  Fluent in English
  •  Excellent communication and writing skills

  •  Awareness of Global Forwarding standards and processes
