As Head of Subdomain Solution Delivery Express Customer Service, Sales & Marketing, you will be responsible for delivering cost-efficient, innovative solutions to the customers, optimizing the time-to-market.
What will you do:
• Develop a strategic IT landscape and architecture based on the customer roadmaps that are aligned with the business model and to business objectives
• Accountable for Project Delivery on time, on cost and to appropriate quality standards
• Ensure appropriate management of the portfolio of projects within SD Express Commercials Sub Domain
• Responsible for management of SD Express Commercials Sub Domain P&L achieving key revenue and market share targets
• Meet or beat the budget in each cost category
• Optimize the delivery cost through execution and continuous review of the agreed Sourcing Strategy
• Create an engaged workforce by ensuring an appropriate mix of challenging and rewarding opportunities along with the optimal use of the available resources
• Integrating with external partners to deliver off the shelf or customized solutions to Express divisions
What you should have:
• Strongly demonstrated multinational leadership in sales, marketing, service, customer orientation, project management, and communication skills
• Solid financial and commercial business acumen
• Experienced in budgeting and managing revenue
• Experience in integrating and work with large integration IT partners in providing customer experience (CX), sales, marketing and multichannel solutions
• Results oriented and driven by goal achievement with a strong focus on high-quality service performance across different location and conditions
• We expect you to be an experienced professional in Information Technology, with more than 10 years of management experience in a multinational company
