DHL is hiring a Senior Analyst for its Corporate Real Estate team in Plantation, FL. In this role, you will ensure activities and projects within CRE are based on the current priorities and are executed according to plan. You will handle day-to-day management of personnel and coordinate the execution of strategic initiatives with other members of the team, including local, regional and global leadership.
Your Day-To-Day Responsibilities Will Include:
Organize and communicate Employee Opinion Survey. Create strategy for Global Business Services.
Ensure all staff issues are addressed properly, efficiently and judiciously, and keep track of progress until resolved
Provides leadership, guidance and promotes the highest ethical standards to employees
Participate in regular meetings with HR to discuss staffing needs, Succession Planning, Training and Development
Administer Global Yammer communication and postings. Creates CRE Americas newsletter
Coordinates, implements and improves meetings, conferences, and similar proceedings.
Oversees the design, marketing, promotion, delivery, and quality of internal team programs and projects
Assess inquiries directed to the leadership team, determine the proper course of action and delegate to the appropriate individual to manage.
Advise and provide high quality reports and presentations to the Head of CRE Americas and CREA Americas board on status of department activities, priorities, and projects
Consolidates and coordinates team leader budgets, assists team in adjusting accruals and reviews headcount allotment. Works directly with Finance Manager to analyze and project budget.
Assures CRE and its mission, programs, products, and services are consistently presented in strong, positive image to team/employee
Provides proactive project management support to establish and manage project schedules for CRE team and management on projects, processes, strategic initiatives and staffing needs
Plays a lead role in providing strategic leadership for ongoing process improvement and organizational development
Identify and solve problems, working within the management team to select and implement optimum solutions
Interact with all levels of internal management and staff, as well as outside clients and vendors
Your Background And Experiences Include:
Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate or Business Administration or similar required, MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years work experience in the oversight of Corporate Real Estate or Business Administration projects, processes, strategic initiatives and staffing needs.
Proven successful track record managing personnel and projects within global, highly matrixed organization required
Bilingual English/Spanish is required
Advanced computer skills (MS Office Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
