This position will support all Transformation & Digitalization projects and initiatives with implementation and tracking for DHL's Corporate Real Estate (CRE) Americas. The main focus of this position is to execute, analyze and deliver initiatives and translating data into key goals and revenue targets to enable the efficient analysis, access and visualization of real estate data and supporting CRM (customer relationship management).

Responsibilities

·Supports and executes the program designedto ensure everyone is working to reduce redundancies, spend and increase efficiencies for the customers and the region

·Work with all CRE functions (e.g. Transaction Management, Business Development & Construction, and Asset Management) in the design, execution and delivery of key projects and initiatives

·Execute CRE branding, internal communications and marketing programs and capabilities

·Create internal CRE Research & Development on competitors, economists, applications to understand changing trends in the corporate real estate and logistics industry

·Propose, Lead, Development & implementation of creative, innovative solutions for the CRE team and internal customers increasing efficiency, reducing spend and increasing reach. Leads & Support CREA Systems requirements & Business Case

·Template creation & compliance reporting for Quality Playbook assurance

·Supports process mapping and continuous improvement activities

·Create and update business intelligence reports

·Contribute as a team member on different projects

·Handle broad range of CRE work – some admin, but sometimes complex and non-routine requiring more background research, e.g. compliance, budget guidance

·Handle and resolve typical, not too complex issues independently

·Provide technical CRE guidance to colleagues, line managers and employees

·May have responsibility for specific project

·Ensure delivery of own service for own area to set standards, targets and schedules

Qualifications

·Pursuing a bachelor or graduate degree in in Engineering or Real Estate related field

·Language: English

·Commercial or Corporate Real Estate experience preferred

·Office suite knowledge required

·PowerBI or Tableau or similar tool preferred

·Visio knowledge preferred

·Process mapping experience preferred
