We are looking for a French speaking Specialist to join our Record to Report Team.

Minimum Diploma/Degree level with an appropriate Finance and/or Accounting major.
Minimum of 3 years RtR working experience in a Shared Services environment.
Great communication skills in English and French, both verbally as written.
Good Knowledge of MS Office including strong command on MS Excel.
Excellent report writing and problem solving skills.
High attention to detail.
To provide accurate, timely processing and validation of all general ledger, fixed asset, inter-company and financial reporting related activities.
Responsible for all GL entries, including accruals, payroll etc. and monthly closing activities.
Responsible for intercompany accounting e.g. monthly intercompany expense recharge.
Perform direct debit to counterparts for IC receivable invoices via IC payment and receipting platform.
Prepare balance sheet analysis and reconciliation on timely manner.
Prepare monthly reporting e.g. management, country and regional office in accordance with respective timelines.
Back-up & support team members as and when needed, showing monitoring abilities as well as management and motivation of the team members.
