Your tasks will be:
  • To partner with HR Business Partners to ensure effective communication on HR/Payroll projects related issues. Provide expert and consultative advice to Business Partner on transitioning of new tasks and thereafter, process improvement
  • To manage the multiple HR/Payroll projects professionally and support the Head of HR Operations in the delivery of the SLAs.
  • To work closely with Team Manager/s in HRS, performance and account management and BPO to ensure the overall satisfaction of the customers through adherence to the agreed SLAs
  • To manage transition and transformation projects
  • To evaluate and identify potential processes for transfer HRS to achieve cost reductions and synergy
  • To resolve issues with the various HR Business Partners with regards to the delivery of projects and improvement initiatives
  • To implement improvement initiatives with Business Partners, including technology changes
  • To strive as a SME on process improvements/ standardization methodology
  • To provide guidance to the team members
  • To enable and support operations to solve problems and improve
  • To act as SME for one core function/process
  • To align with Team Managers on allocation of appropriate resources and commitment of staff to the achievement of team’s objectives and targets.
  • To maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • To influence decisions / actions through provision of value added inputs
  • Delivery of EMS reporting, volume reports, planning and associated analyses – using independent and proactive approach
  • Responsible for creating business analysis for HRS
  • Support HRS Management Asia Pacific in handling performance management, strategic initiatives and project related topics
  • Regular Preparation of project roadmaps and progress overviews
  • Deliver monthly financial reporting - forecasting and planning for HRS AP - using an independent & proactive approach
  • Provide insides into cost developments, link cost information to volume information; use data analytic methods and tools to provide insights into future cost developments
  • Contribute to global controlling communities in HR Services
  • Develop financial documentation – Complete analysis for the annual planning process such as Forecast, Estimate, Target Setting, Planning Council, for HRS AP
  • Support global and regional projects, especially calculation and validation of Business Cases, as well as the tracking of progress and risk. Act as Counterpart to HR Services
  • Complete time-sensitive ad hoc analysis and special tasks
  • Prepare and support Business Review Meetings
  • Monitor and report on risks from a financial perspective
  • Be able to influence decisions / actions through provision of value added inputs into the organization’s business processes

How your profile should look like:
  • 5+ years of relevant experience of relevant experience, experience in SSO industry is preferred
  • Minimum a Degree in Business Administration or HR professional qualification
  • Good knowledge of controlling and finance
  • Strong Analytical skills
  • Ability to raise questions or concerns, based on sound analysis, in a professional way
  • Very good written and spoken English skills
  • Strong presentation skills and influencing skills in particular when working with senior management
  • End to end HRIT Project experience
  • Vendor and Cient Management 
  • Sound knowledge on Change Management concept and best practices.
  • Excellent influencing skills
  • Experience from working in a larger international cooperation
  • Process improvement and system implementation experience
  • Strong HR processes knowledge
  • Competent in HRIS system and computing tools (Power BI, Excel and Power Points)
  • Excellent communication skills (English), spoken and written (excellent)
