What will you do:
Consulting and support of internal procurement stakeholders (e.g. sourcing) for the implementation of the operational catalog strategy
Participation in the development and implementation of concepts and solutions for catalogue managementand marketplaces
Creation and optimization of catalog standards and ensuring simple and standardized application (e.g. translation of contracts into catalogs) and coordination with regional and global stakeholders
Ongoing analysis of relevant KPI reports as well as derivation and coordination of necessary quality improvement measures (e.g. contract numbers, images, keywords, click reports, ...) or measures to increase content optimization
Coordination, moderation and clarification of questions concerning the active catalogues (supplier, BeNeering, sourcing, purchasing, business, ...) - Best-Practice Sharing
Participation in the development, control and operation of the required views in the tool used (e.g. BeNeering), including securing blocked categories in marketplaces  
Advice and support in the technical handling and processing of catalogues and catalogue templates
Coordination with sourcing and support of the catalogue onboarding process including testing for new suppliers and, participation in the "Agile Procurement Team" or participation in Review Gate 3
Active project work (e.g. testing) and project management, e.g. implementing marketplace solutions 
Special tasks, especially participation in digitization projects and identification of optimization potentials
Analysis and identification of measures for the reduction and elimination of existing catalogues
Clarification of UNSPSC coding issues and advice on the introduction of new G/L accounts
Support for support tickets in connection with catalog contents
Carrying out training in catalogues and catalogue management for buyers and business

What should be your profile:
2-5 years of  relevant procurement experience 
University or university of applied sciences degree, ideally in the field of computer science and/or several years of relevant professional experience in an IT- or software-related environment, e.g. xml technology
Very good German and English language skills in spoken and written
Secure handling of the standard software MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Secure handling of the electronic purchasing systems SAP, Oralce, BeNeering, etc."
First experiences with marketplace solutions (e.g. Amazon, PSG, Crowdfox)
Strong analytical skills, high service orientation, conscientious working style, good communication
