We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too.  The key responsibilities in this role include;

• To manage and lead a team of Customer Service administrators for the High Street Network, in providing a first class customer service solution for that network
• To integrate new customers into the operation, ensuring that everything is set up for go live, relevant processes are in place, and training has been carried out
• To manage relationships with existing customers, ensuring agreed service levels are met
• To support with the management reporting for the network, ensuring that they are accurate and timely

• Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel in particular)
• Customer Service experience
• Experience in Planning 
• Managerial Experience 
• Calm and Objective reasoning skills
• Experience of working well in a pressurised environment
