Job Purpose (Summary of position)
 - Sales planning and analytics

Differentiator (Strategic & Management impact and contribution specification)
Defines the roadmap to achieve Sales targets for the month, quarter, year etc.
 - Steers the Sales team to ensure objectives are clearly understood and actioned upon
 - Raise proactive alerts where sales conversions are not as per plan

Key Tasks (main duties and responsibilities)
 - Analyze Sales data, understand patterns and draw insights. Come up with recommendations to boost sales
 - Analyze pipeline progress and identify gaps. Work with Sales people to boost conversion
 - Actively manage lead management, track conversion rates, work with vendors to improve lead accuracy
 - Define technology requirements and draw buy-in from end business users  (sales team)
 - Work with Technology vendor to drive the technology development
 - Work with end business users for technology adoption

Stakeholders (communication aspects: level of communication, content and communication
Work with people across diverse background and across levels to drive healthy constant change

Management Responsibility (people management and business related management responsibility)
- Design programs to achieve the desired objectives, clearly define project milestones and set up success parameters 
Actively drive implementation by working across functions

Education Level (degree):
MBA from Tier 1 or Tier 2  institution B.E. / B.Tech or B.Com
