We hope to transfer 100,000 tonnes of cargo, covering a distance of approximately 4 million kilometers across India daily, very soon.

What does this role hold for you…??

Develop, implement, and maintain, audit and benchmark HR Operations & India Payroll process to enhance employee experience and making the organization future ready.
Create, generate, and maintain effective Human Resource reporting, headcount, recruiting, organization charts, and other key metrics to drive organizational effectiveness.
Ensure ongoing compliance of all legal and organizational requirements, standards, and procedures and advise leadership on the team.
Review, track and strategically enhance employee benefits including Income Tax implications in order to support a growing and diverse employee population.
Lead the payroll and compliance team to effectively drive the Operations agenda.
Take ownership of HR data and analyze the same to derive meaningful insights to help decision making.
Drive Human Resources internal and external audits.
Implement and administer all employee life cycle processes from hire to exit management.

Apply if you have…

MBA with a specialization in Human Resources.
7+ years of experience in HR function with 4+ years in managing HR Operations.
Good interpersonal skills and influencing skills having handled a team will be an added advantage.
Ability to handle large volume of work in a fast paced growth set up.
Stakeholder management - art of getting work done from multiple support functions
Advanced knowledge of MS- Excel, HR reporting tools.
