Control Center Executive

As a Control Centre Executive, you would be expected to:

  • Manage the activities of the control center which includes centrally handling the on-ground
  • Identify issues across the operations and carry out corrective measures to improve efficiency and provide on-time delivery to the customers
  • Assume ownership of Control Centre and be responsible for all its activities for the assigned shift
  • Keep watch on the timelines of fleet running across all routes and contact the drivers and hub executives in case of any delays
  • Keep track of the telematics data being received in the control center to ensure maximum utilization of the assets and take rectification measures
  • Advice or provide on-call assistance to the hub executives in case of any crisis situations or delays
  • Ensure adequate resources (drivers and maintenance people) are maintained at the hubs across the routes


  • 3+ years of experience in operations role of a large supply-chain/logistics firm
  • Exposure to vehicle telematics or related industry is favorable
  • Coordination ability with a large team separated geographically which is not in physical proximity
  • Able to handle crisis situations and willing to do whatever possible to fix any issue
  • Problem solving ability: Excellent at analyzing any on-the-field situation at hand and
    work towards developing the solution
  • A knack for always looking for opportunities to implement solutions to increase operational
    efficiency and get maximum productivity
  • Demonstrate the ability to work in a fast paced and hyper-growth environment where the requirements are
    constantly changing
