Overall job purpose:

  • Supports & drives implementation of customers

  • Ensures compliance to implementation procedures

  • Executes CIPM projects

  • Executes GCIPM tasks in country


  • Logistics business background, Product and Operations know-how

  • Good communicative, analytical and administrative skills

  • Good organizational skills to manage multiple projects and deadlines

  • Experience in leading meetings and facilitating training

  • Strong coaching and people development skills

  • Ability to prioritize tasks

  • Ability to travel

Main tasks & key responsibilities:

  • Ensures that the implementation milestones as set in the GCIPM and CIPM process are met and followed up

  • Ensures that all implementation tasks are performed

  • Supports and leads local customer implementation projects which might include customer visits

  • Executes CIPM projects and corresponding activities

  • Executes GCIPM projects in country and corresponding activities

  • Ensures all customer requirements are fully understood, can be met and are documented

  • Gathers information required to fulfill implementation

  • Interacts and communicates with key stakeholders to align, e.g. between Sales, Product, customer

  • Supports successful onboarding of regionally managed customer implementations in country

  • Establishes implementation plans and develops processes which will result in overall KPI improvements

  • Monitors and steers on country implementation KPIs and delivery against defined targets
