As a Senior IT Analyst, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day IT support to the Technology unit. Your activities will include being involved supporting the business with the IT change agenda, testing, system patching, understanding and resolving JDA issues, ticket raising and supporting with general hardware and software issues.

We are looking for someone who is proficient with the JDA warehouse management system as well as having extensive experience with SQL and report writing. It would also be advantageous to have an understanding around integration and EDI integration.

A main deliverable for this newly created role will be to form a key part of the JDA transformational team to deliver the project successfully. As part of business as usual you would play a vital part of site self-sufficiency when adding new customers to the WMS platform, delivering on report requirements & WMS configuration changes to support the operation. 

As this role is the only senior on site, we are looking for an individual who is trustworthy of managing and prioritising their own workloads. You will also be required to act as a customer liaison for all IT services impacting the site.

Although this role is based in Milton Keynes, there will be occasions when you are asked to support other sites within our Technology sector, therefore we require someone who is flexible, has a full drivers licences and when needed, can support out of the standard working hours.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Leading activities relating to JDA WMS
  • SQL database queries and report writing
  • WMS & IT change management
  • IT site self-sufficiency (reports, JDA changes, on-boarding new customers, label creation)
  • Service delivery activities
  • General IT site support
  • Supporting with business requirements
