Grade/Salary: RCS K / Upto £40,000 depending on experience 
Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time)

The main responsibility of this role will be to support the accelerated digitisation programme un UK&I to organise and prioritise resources to that will drive the deployment of Digitalisation products with the overall objective of transforming supply chains, demonstrate innovation to our customers, increase productivity and will engage and upskill colleagues.

The key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Work closely with the Head of Accelerated Digitalisation and Innovation to deliver the AD agenda within UK&I.
  • Work with Product Managers to learn about Digitalisation products and technology to demonstrate expertise to colleagues and customers with credibility.
  • Match Digitalisation Products to site operational and development needs to identify future projects.
  • Evaluate projects and initial business cases to support prioritisation of projects in each BU and with the broader UK&I picture in mind.
  • Act as point of contact coordinating AD resources and prioritising deployments within the Business Unit.

  • Previous experience in the UK&I, ideally in different types of roles including at least one operational role.
  • Financial and commercial knowledge advantageous.
  • Project Management/Project Delivery/Programme Management .
  • Ability to identify potential opportunities for deployment of appropriate AD products.
  • Interest and previous work experience in an innovation environment.
  • Experience of report writing with Power BI
