JOB OVERVIEW

•  The position of Program Management Analyst will focus on the development and deployment of Bahrain Shared Service applications/systems throughout MENA region and identifying local customs requirement, H2H message implementations and country regiments of new statistical reports and customs requirements for clearance process.
•  Manage stakeholder relationships by communicating with them regularly with project status.
•  Ownership of deployment model, alignment with customers, DP DHL business and IT teams on plan and approach within DP DHL project delivery methodology and structure.
•  Proven ability to lead and manage a specialist-based, high-performing and multicultural team.
•  Obtain feedback at any critical project milestones and at project, completion to ensure that projects efforts meets DHL expectations.
•  Provides expert advice, training and technical assistance to development team, lower level service.
•  Creates and executes project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements.
•  MENA Program delivery team member.
•  Project lead for all projects requested by MENA Program Delivery Team.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

•  Manage the overall planning, control, status reporting, stability and delivery of project(s). You will need to ensure that project goals and objectives met within agreed upon time, scope, budget, quality, and resource requirements.
•  Translate project requirements into project objectives and tasks.
•  Plan, co-ordinate and manage the IT solution and business change from commencement to delivery within allocated budgets and timeframes.
•  Ensure all IT system changes are implemented in an controlled and consistent manner within the business area.
•  Development and deployment of Bahrain Shared Service systems. Includes the analysis, planning, training and documentation required for a successful system deployment in DHL facilities and those of the associated regulatory bodies, such as customs.
•  Build a strong working relationship with account management/service management in the IT services organization.
•  Coordinate Change Requests and develop Release Plans. Ensure adequate requirements scoping considering all factors, like business justification, capacity, risks, impacts.
•  Data Management: Proactively manage the timely transfer of pre-alert data within all systems ensuring 100% of data is accurate and transferred on time. Manage the communication infrastructure to continually improve the data transfer process.
•  Application Support: Provision of technical and user support for Bahrain Shared Service applications(IAS,ACA,HMS, OCNT ,DCC,DCE ,AXIS,Autosort and many more).
•  The complexities and problem solving involve management and coordination between Bahrain Shared Service, area and regional IT team. The challenge lies in making the exercise as seamless as possible.
•  Exercise judgment and make decisions to promote smooth workflow in the team and ensure that client demands are met.
•  Plans a course of action to accomplish high-priority goals. Monitors progress. Anticipates problems and revises plans to meet changing circumstances.
•  Reviews the status reports of team members and addresses issues as appropriate.
•  Complies with and helps to enforce standard policies and procedures.
•  The job holder has to provide professional support to the users and try to diagnose problems permanently and reduce number of support by fixing problems. Suggests areas for improvement in internal processes along with possible solutions.
•  To find time to develop and propose new ideas.
•  On time completion of regional/ Country deployment Plan.



EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a minimum of 3 years within the IT field, with at least 1 year of experience in Informix Dynamic Server Administration and at least 1 year of experience in Laptop/Desktop Administration.
•  Informix Dynamic Server administration experience.
•  PRINCE II project management or PMP certifications or equivalent.
•  Technical Professional Knowledge.
•  Fluent in both, English and Arabic languages.
•  Strong organizational skills and attention to detail required.
•  Time management skills. Ability to take initiative, prioritize multiple projects and adjust work accordingly.
•  Ability to use good judgement and diligence with the following up.
•  Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment, while having the ability to be an effective team player.
•  Excellent analytical and creative thinking.
