IT Support Analyst
We are currently seeking an IT Support Analyst, Malaysia to join DHL eCommerce in Malaysia!
The IT Support Analyst will be responsible for maintaining proper documentation of IT Service Management processes, Network, Infrastructure and HW , manage IT Service Providers to ensure optimum performance with consistently high standards with respect to IT service delivery, capacity, availability, data quality, timeliness and security, drive & manage IT projects as and when assigned by country IT, coordination of education/training in the field of software/hardware usages as well IT process topics of all the employees and maintain close relationship with IT vendors.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with the collaboration services delivered by DPITS
Manage implementation of new infrastructure Services in Malaysia
Advise and provide input on the sourcing of IT equipment and services in line with DHL standards
Coordinate System Security Audits, follow up and report breaches of security to the Management
Liaise with and manage the DPITS network group and other third party vendors including network providers, hardware and desktop support
Escalate and resolve any issues and problems associated with the infrastructure services
Coordinate country network changes with the Regional Service Management Team.
Maintain efficient communication network with all country Service Management Providers.
Document country network changes.
Support infrastructure setup of new terminals, central hubs, depots and country office in country. Coordinate with local suppliers.
Plan, procure and support the setup of PCs and IT equipment in country.
Maintain country IT asset list and keep the asset list up to date.
Maintain country IT software list and establish processes to keep the list up to date in SMART TRACK.

Technical expertise in:
1) Experience in IT Project management and IT 2)Service Management 3)Comprehensive expert knowledge in up to date infrastructure technologies. 4) Knowledge in network infrastructure. (LAN / DWAN/ RWAN / WLAN) – CCNA trained / certified 5) Profound knowledge with Standard Microsoft Office products
