Senior HR Business Partner

Your Role

You advise and challenge leadership with regard to the full range of HR matters regarding organisational capability, resourcing, talent management, compensation, benefits, employee relations, labor relations and business knowledge within the Express Finance division.

You deliver the most effective support in line with business objectives and organizational guidelines combining the people, organization and labour market point of view.You leverage global, country and business division HR support as needed for delivering HR services to client groups.

Your main activities

  • Act as a Business Partner and build partnerships with stakeholders in- and outside the company.

  • Provide independent advice on HR matters, taking into account HR policies and regulations, as well as national and international laws and policies.

  • Advises on Change management projects. Influences the strategy in co-operation with other disciplines and functional management and participate in change projects as HR Expert and manage action plan for the HR work stream.

  • Advises management on organizational structure, performance management, recruitment, coaching, evaluation and the execution of policies and regulations.

  • Conduct and follow up Talent Management reviews.

  • Conduct workshops and development trainings with managers/employees such as Active Leadership, employee satisfaction follow-up, etc.

  • Align initiatives and planning within HR and where relevant, across HR functions in other divisions.

  • Contributes to the development and implementation of HR practices and instruments in accordance with legislation, business objectives & good practice.

  • Encourages and develops the organizational culture and propagates the key values of DP DHL.

Your profile

  • More than 5 years of progressive HR experience preferably in an international/multicultural environment.

  • Master degree (University) e.g. in Human Resources or Business Administration.

  • High customer orientation
