We make promises to our customers, and we’ll make promises to you too.  The key responsibilities in this role include:

• Manage a customer contract from implementation to steady state and continuous improvement.
• Develop strong relationships with customers to develop the understanding and identification of business requirements. 
• Implement services, identify and develop organic growth and improvement opportunities, monitor domestic and export material markets, manage customer experience, ensure environmental compliance, engage with suppliers, implement and train operational processes and procedures.
• Report customer data, deliver to customer KPI's and build strong relationships with all key stakeholders to ensure success.

• Previous experience of the Supply Chain Division
• Experience of working within Operations or Account Management
• Experience within the waste industry
• Excellent networking and relationship building capability
