Grade/Salary: RCS N - £31,500 (depending on experience)

As an IT Analyst you will be required to provide first line on-site support as well as remote support services covering 4 site locations. Your main location will be Enfield however you will be required to visit other sites in Central London. We are looking for a candidate who is pro-active, has the ability to offer tactical support for legacy systems and applications, provide site support, maintenance and fault diagnosis, to support new business requirements and to undertake project work as required.
- Support the installation and testing of new applications and projects
- Coordinate hardware procurement and repair as required
- Support of analysis and solution design as required
- Acting as the first point of contact for IT queries
- Dealing with IT related problems and queries referred by other business teams
- Being proactive in identifying and executing IT coaching and training needs
- Undertaking any other reasonable duties as requested by the IT Manager

It would be beneficial to have an understanding of project management, experience of working within a process driven controlled environment and the ability to manage change.
