As a ‘Project Manager’, you will be responsible for supporting Irish projects and ensuring the sites continue to maintain the required standards for project management & DePict.  Set up requires a site kick-off meeting and subsequent audit, followed by supporting the sites in areas of noncompliance through the development of project plans and monitoring of key milestones to reach the required standards. The scope includes site infrastructure, marketing and presentation material, onsite training courses, production of videos and dry-runs.

Leading of internal UKIN projects from centre, completing all relevant DePict forms & processes & procedures. The management of other work streams to complete said projects & also the potential to support on wider programmes as a work stream lead.

To work / lead some BU IT projects in support of resource short fall for extended periods of time. This will involve being the IT work stream lead, reporting into a business project manager for many different BU’s within the UKIN sub region. The ability to manage virtual teams who will not report to this position to achieve desired & planned timescales & key tasks.

To establish positive working relationships at all levels within the in-scope sites management teams and to offer them opportunities to improve the site through engagement on and delivery of various innovation pilots (to be determined).

To communicate progress to Head of Project Delivery & ITBD, Innovation & Business Intelligence and key stakeholders as identified across UKIN.  To support Head of Project Delivery, ITBD, Innovation & Business Intelligence and the UKIN project team in the development and delivery of  other innovation projects, across a broad range of operations through data analysis, preparation of reports, presentations and effective meeting facilitation.

• GCSE Maths & English – Irish Leaving Certificate 
• DePICT/PRINCE methodology 
• MS Project and experience in preparing & managing a project plan
• Data analysis
