As an IT Implementer, you will provide support to deployments of projects in the IT sphere utilising subject matter expert experience and knowledge on strategic applications or products. You will also provide support on testing, training and defect resolution management as well as capturing issues during go live. Furthermore, you will be responsible for providing support to Configurers during TAT and UAT testing phases. 

The key responsibilities in this role include;

  • Identify & control the risks of the project as relates to implementation activity.
  • Prepare & manage risk mitigation plans when necessary as relates to implementation activities.
  • To be involved & support the testing process (TAT, UAT & PSV).
  • To ensure that TAT & UAT support is given to the Test Manager when requested & planned.
  • To support all training activities.

  • PM101 qualified.
  • Attended ACT Workshop.
  • Experience in Project Management.
  • Has sound knowledge of risk management
