Bachelor's degree in Economics, Labour Economics and Industrial Relations and/or similar sciences
4-5 years experience in C&B in global companies
Experience in personnel costsbudget
Knowledge of Mercer/Towers Watson Methodology
Knowledge of  Turkish Labour Law and GovernmentIncentives
Knowledge of payroll calculation methodology
Familiarity with data analysis
Ability to build relationships and work well as part of a team
Advanced level of English in both verbal and written
Skills:  Ms.Office(advancedexcel is must) & Logo(preferable)

Job Description:

Run the process of salary increase, promotion and new hire compensation and grading process in line with company guidelines
Manage the operation of annual salary increase and company bonus processes
Follow global C&B policies and integrate to our country
Follow market trends in total rewards
Calculate personnel  budget, monthly follow up and reporting
Provide data for  participating  salary surveys
Follow monthly cost distributions and strong collaboration with operations & finance
Follow court cases,take the right actions inline with company legal policies and calculateprovisions
Monthly reporting & analysing
