  • Graduated from reputable universities’ respective faculties (Industrial Engineering, System Engineering, Mathematical Engineering, Business Administration, Economy etc.)
  • Minimum 7-8 years of HR experience preferably in compensation and benefits and HR Budget and Reporting
  • Analytical and technical skills, enabling review, analyze, model, scenario plan and interpret large amounts of data
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications (especially in Excel) and capable of using HR Information Systems
  • Solid knowledge of Logo is an asset
  • Very good knowledge of SSI, Tax and Government Incentives
  • Having strong communication skills and being a good team player
  • Very good knowledge of labor law
  • Union relations knowledge is preferable
  • Advanced level in English
  • Based in Istanbul
Job Description:
  • Manage salary structure updating process with grading principle and make sure that the competencies of each role truly fits into the related grade
  • Determine job grades of positions for all company business units using different Job Evaluation Methodologies
  • Carry out an effective compensation & benefits administration service in line with compnay policies, procedures and statutory requirements
  • Ensure that employee records and HR-related reports (KPIs) are up to date and reported periodically
  • Monitor Payroll process and make sure that the salaries are correctly paid on the due dates
