Working Location: Kowloon Bay

Reporting to Senior Manager, Customer Facing IT, you will be responsible for leading the provision of Customer IT integration services to customers in pre-sales as well as post-sales stages.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with Sales Team and provide pre-sales information system (IS) support by formulating IS costing, developing IS questionnaires, leading IS related sales presentations and designing integrated solutions to meet customers’ eCommerce, networking and infrastructure requirements
  • Participate in customers' RFI / RFQ
  • Develop project plan and lead customer IS solution implementation by specifying EDI/API/eCommerce requirements, setting up IS infrastructure and managing go-live process
  • Provide post-sales IS support by conducting ongoing evaluations and recommending improvement plans, and resolving Customer Interface issues
  • Coordinate with global and regional Customer IT Integration teams on updated Customer solutions/e-Tools and continuous process improvement 

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years’ customer facing IT experience, preferably in logistics/ transportation industry or multinational companies
  • Strong technical background in electronic data interchange (EDI) and Application Interface (API) technology
  • Excellent communications skills and good knowledge on market trends of IT Technology
  • Customer focused and good influencing skills
  • Strong project management and analytical skills
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Proficient PC skills in software and applications
