Working Location: Kowloon Bay

Reporting to Helpdesk Supervisor, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support by assisting user with hardware and software problems via phone and email in agreed timeframe. You will maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries to all executives and end-users. You will be required to take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues. You will carry out computer operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures as well as system backup according to the job schedule.


Requirements:

  • Diploma holder in Information Services or related disciplines, preferably with full certificate in HKDSE / HKCEE
  • At least 3 year in customer service. Experience in Information Services Hotline support is preferred
  • Knowledge in Windows-based computing platform, MS applications. Experience in Unix/Linux Operation will be an advantage
  • Good command of written and spoken English
  • Basic knowledge of IS infrastructure including data network, application, systems and operational support preferable
  • Shift duties are required
  • Customer oriented, responsible, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
