Working Location : Kowloon Bay

Working Hours : Mondays - Fridays at 08:30am - 19:30pm, Saturdays and Public holidays 09:00am - 18:00pm, excluding Sundays

Reporting to Customer Contact Centre Manager, you will lead a 24-hour hotline team to achieve set performance standard in delivering a consistent and best-in-class customer services to DHL customers through effective management of day-to-day operations of contact centre. Providing support to revenue generation programs or system enhancements initiatives, your role will also need to ensure smooth operation of the team and initiate improvement to enhance customer services to both internal and external customers.

 Requirements:

•  Degree with minimum 5 years related experience in service industry, preferably in contact centre environment
•  Strong leadership skills with at least 2 years solid supervisory experience in customer service
•  Experience in cross selling and telemarketing program is an asset
•  Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
•  Excellent interpersonal communication, analytical and problem solving skills
•  Customer-oriented, independent and self motivated
