This is your job

  • Team development: Cross-train team members to be skilled in multiple processes and personal development
  • Provide high quality services and maintain performance on all levels of operation activities in order to meet all of the customers’ needs.
  • Conduct performance dialogues.
  • Problem solving and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor operational performance and complete all required reports.
  • Submit monthly reports and establish action plans and improvement areas for forthcoming months.
  • Design process solutions that draw on internal and external best practices, and will work across multiple business units.
  • Drive the strategic roadmap and support implementation of robotics
  • Analyze service activities to identify trends and areas for process improvement
  • Provide analysis for HR colleagues, management and stakeholders
  • Define quality standards, ROI metrics and benchmarks
  • Participate in Business Development for further expand services to wider audience
  • Promote a positive work environment
  • Diploma or above or relative work experience
  • Advanced Communication Skills (English), Spoken and Written
  • Analytical and Structuring Skills
  • Ability to Anticipate, Proactivity
  • Software Skills (word, excel, powerpoint)
  • Leadership and People Management Experience
  • PC literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft applications,
  • Payroll/General HR Experience is a Plus
  • Possess tolerance to dynamic changes in the workplace.
  • Knowledge in Oracle/Payroll Systems is a plus
