Summary

DHL is hiring a Business IT Analyst to join its Heredia, Costa Rica team. In this role, you will be in charge of the IT Customer Facing domain for Express Costa Rica.

This position is in charge of pre-sales consulting, on-board and support Customers with our standard Electronic Shipping Solutions and Integration tools, as well as DHL and Third Party Vendor applications with eCommerce Platforms such as Shopify, Woocomerce, Magento, etc.

The position will also implement Customer Solution Projects.

Main Responsabilities

  • Manage Customer Relationship
  • Implement Customer Solution Projects
  • Electronic Shipping Solution Helpdesk Service
  • Support Electronic Shipping and Customers.
  • Project Management
  • KPI tracking
  • Drive initiatives for KPI improvement

Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree in Systems Engineering.
  • Advanced level of English (Spoken and written).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in: Web Development, Setting up of eCommerce stores with Platforms such as Shopify, Woocommerce, Magento, and Project Management.
