Job Description:

  • Support ITIL process including change management, incident management, problem management, broadcast management, service continuity and availability
  • Ensuring IT services delivery is effective, efficient, compliant and meets business demands
  • Monitoring and assisting in service escalation
  • Align release and deployment plans to local business requirements
  • CMDB manage
  • Build strong working relationships with the Country Business Unit and IT teams
  • Ensuring effective and efficient daily operations of each assigned service area
  • Provide periodical service performance report and review with each server owner, ensuring service performance meet the agreed service level
  • Support business development activity for new business initiatives
  • Driving continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives within IT operational service delivery team – reducing unit cost, ensuring scalability and improving end user experience
  • Periodic liaising and review with 3rd party suppliers, ensuring process has been strictly followed
  • Complete other tasks assigned by supervisor
  • Cooperate with internal service owner to meet service level agreement
  • Manage 3rd party vendor to strictly follow process
  • Manage CMDB
