For our Sales & Marketing Departement / Key Account-Team - either located in Glattbrugg / Kloten ZH (as per 1. August 2019) /  Basel BS / Balerna TI or Geneva GE, we are looking for a new member in the function of a

Key Account Manager, 100% (m/f)

Your responsibilities:

•Development and expansion of the consumer & retail market Switzerland for our Air- & Oceanfreight services
•Managing and growing new and existing Key Account customers
•Build& maintain relationship with the customer on a strategic & operational level
•Ensure regular visits with key decision makers/ influencers
•Gather, listen and analyze the business challenges of the customers and develop compelling solutions
•Drive growth targets by managing a healthy pipeline and proactive thinking
•Own + drive the tender process within the sector with all relevant stakeholders
•Develop solution design in close alignment with product & other functions
•Drive negotiation & finalization of contract in alignment with all relevant stakeholders
•Ensure there is a common understanding of service expectations and solutions, both with customers and products
•Establish and monitor monthly customer KPI analysis & reports
•Constantly build market & customer intelligence in the respective sector
•Make sure that data in CRM tool & account planning’s are maintained

Your Profile:

•Various years’ experience in logistics and in account management, preferably in Air- & Oceanfreight
•Deep knowledge in the Consumer / Retail industry, preferably in Fashion
•Degree in Business Logistics / Supply Chain
•Excellent French, Italian and English skills, both verbal & written, German skills are an advantage
•High degree of self-confidence, initiative and commitment to customer satisfaction and commercial success
•Strong communication, selling & influencing skills (internally + externally)
