We currently have an opening for a Senior Manager of Talent Management. The Senior Manager of Talent Mananagement is responsible for strengthening the talent and leadership pipeline through talent identification, development, and succession planning at the CVG Hub. Managing the annual Employee Development Review (EDR) process and ensuring follow-up actions are taken to prepare potentials identified. Manage, roll-out and monitor execution of development programs for employees in CVG Hub.


  • Facilitate talent review sessions and meet with leaders and employees to discuss career development and/or provide guidance results from assessment tools.

  • Manage succession plans within the established career framework and ensure employees have individual development plans that align employee’s career aspirations, potential and readiness.

  • Execute talent development strategies that ensure leadership continuity and career progression for employees.

  • Drive and roll-out Global Onboarding and Buddy Programs to support organizational retention efforts of new hires.

  • Drive and roll out career map and career development conversations and rotation program that support attraction andretention of new hires and existing employees.

  • Lead and manage initiatives that drive development of internal talent to ensure the growth of talent pools to support the needs of the business.

  • Collect, analyze and maintain data gathered to inform targeted development initiatives.

  • Engage with HR Community and business stakeholders to provide insight and guidance regarding current and emerging succession management and leadership development trends and needs.

  • Assess learning needs, plan, develop and implement development programs in order to improve the capability of leaders, managers, and employees.

  • Manage the development and performance management processes to drive talent-planning discussions, high potential identification and follow through on actionable outcomes.


  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field of study.

  • 8 – 10 years of expereince in Human Resources and/or Talent Management

  • Demonstrated experience developing, maintaining, communicating, and executing talent management programs.

  • Experience using talent assessment tools such as 360s, personality assessments, learning agility and others to drive performance and succession management.



    • Expert knowledge in talent and performance management processes and tools.

    • Knowledge and experience leading cross-functional projects and managing company-wide programs.

    • Knowledge in competency modeling, talent programs, surveys and assessments needed. 


    • Strong interpersonal skills, with high degree of self-motivation and drive.

    • Strong analytic skills as well as an ability to balance strategy and program managementAbility to maintain high level of confidentiality

    • Strong influence and negotiation skills to work with internal stakeholders at all levels to support change management and communication activities and tasks.


    • Ability to influence without authority, think proactively, and function independently.

    • Ability to travel domestic and international upon request up to 25% of the time.
